We are looking for a qualified Staff Scientist to complete Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments in our Rochelle, Illinois office location. The ideal candidate must possess good communication and decision making skills, self disciplined and highly motivated and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment.
The Following Qualifications Are Required:
- Minimum BS Degree in Environmental Sciences, Geology, Engineering, or Related Discipline
- Minimum 2-5 yrs experience
- Strong knowledge of proposal and project budget processes
- Solid working knowledge of regulations
- Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments
- Data interpretation and report preparation skills required
The Following Qualifications Are A Plus:
- Asbestos/Lead/Mold Assessment
- Site selection and development assistance
- Brownfield property assessments
- Brownfield Plans
- Strategic consulting and planning
- Reuse strategies and incentives
Travel will range between 10-35%

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum BS Degree in Environmental Sciences, Industrial Hygiene, Chemistry, Geology, Engineering, or Related Discipline
- Minimum 3-7 yrs experience
- Strong knowledge and experience in Asbestos Inspection and Abatement Oversight
- Strong knowledge of proposal and project budget processes
- Solid working knowledge of regulations
- Industrial Air Monitoring experience required
- Data interpretation and report preparation skills required
- Experienced in Mold Inspection and Abatement is a plus
- Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments Knowledge a plus

Environmental Remediation Field Services Manager (Field Engineer / Foreman)

We are looking for a qualified Environmental Remediation Field Services Manager to lead our environmental remediation system installation services. The ideal candidate must possess good communication and decision making skills, self disciplined and be highly motivated and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities consist primarily of field execution of environmental remediation projects, ensuring the daily operations of field crews, quality assurance, coordination of sub-contractors, materials and vendors of materials. Other responsibilities are to provide technical support to the supervised crews, project budget management and change order identification and quantification. Field Service Managers are responsible for communicating with the Project Manager for each project along with implementation of the Behavior Based Safety program. At times, it will be necessary for Field Service Managers to coordinate with Project Managers and assist in developing complex project bid proposals. Field Service Managers (working with senior staff) also mentor junior staff in the proper completion of field based projects including: construction, installation, and operation of designed environmental remediation systems, petroleum storage tank (UST / AST) removals; sampling events, and compliance with necessary health and safety requirements. Field Service Managers are responsible for daily reporting, compliance with labor distribution, and resource use.
Knowledge of insitu remedial operations are required i.e. Air Sparge/Soil Vapor Extraction; Ozone; ISCO, etc. Construction management experience is preferable.
General qualifications include, more than 5 years of experience in the environmental field or at least 10 years experience in the construction field and a proven track record of managing budgets and construction activities in the field. A four year college degree in engineering/environmental sciences and experience with ozone remediation is a plus.
