| Superior Adds Ozone Trailer to its Repertoire of Remediation Solutions |
 |
Grand Rapids, Mich. – Superior Environmental Corp is pleased to announce the introduction of an Ozone Pilot Test Trailer, a piece of equipment that will allow the latest technologies to be used in contamination clean up. The ozone trailer can be used to determine the applicability of ozone and obtain parameters for design of a full scale system. In certain instances, the ozone trailer can also be used for “hot spots” remediation. The ozone unit is ready for immediate operation.
Ozone treatment is a proven technology that has been used for the past 50 years in commercial, residential and industrial water treatment, but recently, new uses for the technology have been tested by Superior Environmental Corp and its clients. The technology has many new uses, including highly effective methods of treating petroleum and dry cleaning chemicals since ozone attacks, oxidizes and ultimately breaks down organic contaminants. The ozone system is self contained in a trailer. The trailer can be powered from an existing circuit panel at the site or in remote situations, if power is not available, a generator can be used to provide power. The system operates in all seasons, unhindered by weather.
